Brainrot Helix Twistcore is a fast, mind-warping arcade dropper where you spiral downward into endless madness! Choose your character — the determined Tung Tung Sahur, the graceful yet jittery Ballerina Cappuccini, or the chaotic Chimpanzini Bananini — and guide them through an ever-twisting, ever-faster helix tower. The gameplay is pure and simple: rotate the helix left or right to let your character fall through the gaps. The longer you survive, the faster and crazier the descent becomes. Floors break apart, the helix warps and twists, and your reflexes are pushed to their limits. It's an endless freefall into chaos — one mistake and it’s game over.
